Emma was hired onto the McMaster HOPE team through The HOPE Initiatives National Hiring Strategy. She is currently the HOPE for Success Co-Director, shadowing experienced members while she learns the skills and strategies needed to be successful in her position. So far, Emma has helped design a workshop about strategies applying to university, coordinated the logistics behind our Eventbrite page, and built strong team relationships through actively participating in HOPE events. We foresee Emma being a strong leader for the team and making powerful impacts to the HOPE for Success program in the future.
